Ready for biofuels and demanding marine conditions, Moatti 180 filters handle fuel oil and lube oil filtration for most four-stroke engines - or fuel oil and hydraulic control oil filtration for two-stroke engines. Biofuel-ready
Moatti 180 fuel oil filters are suitable for use with biofuels of the following type:
- Fatty Acid Methyl Esters (FAME), compliant with EN 14214
- Hydrotreated Vegetable Oils (HVO)
- Blends of the above with ISO 8217–compliant hydrocarbon fuels

Optimal filtration surface-to-unit volume ratio in a highly compact design. Configure your filter to fit your needs: modular addition of final solids removal functions, bypass or direct engine integration, with minimal footprint impact.
Compact redundancy filter
High-efficiency redundancy filter insert providing ultra-fine particle removal, as specified by 2-stroke engine maker specifications for their HPS hydraulic control oil systems (HCO). Safe changeover from the main automatic filter to the redundancy thanks to the gasket-sealed valve assembly.
Hydraulic motor
Self-contained, autonomous and integration-free backflushing operation, thanks to the Moatti hydraulic motors. Requiring no other external power source than the fluid pressure.
Real time pressure-drop monitoring
Remote monitoring, data logging and smart preventive maintenance enabled thanks to real time pressure drop measurement.
